Description

Evans Combi Oven Cleaner is a powerful oven cleaner which will remove backed on grease and food deposits with ease.

Concentrated, low foam formulation to provide superior oven cleaning power.

How to use Evans Combi Oven Cleaner

To use for automatic oven cleaning, pour Evans Combi Oven Cleaner through the integral cleaning system, in accordance with the machine manufacturer’s instructions.

For manual cleaning, pour Evans Combi Oven Cleaner into a suitable trigger spray dispenser. Select ‘manual wash’ and then ‘start/ stop’. Your oven will warm itself to the required cleaning temperature. When the display indicates ‘spray with cleaner’, open the door and spray the internal cooking cabinet, including the shelves and grids. Close the door and allow 10 minutes contact time, to allow The Combi Oven Cleaner to get to work, breaking down greasy, burnt on food deposits. Restart the programme and allow the machine to complete the manual wash cycle. Rinse the oven thoroughly and allow to air dry.
