Return requests must be submitted to us within 14 days of delivery, by filling out the form below, or by calling us on 020 8665 7899, Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 17:00.
Products without a fault must be returned to us in the same condition as they were dispatched. They must be unused & complete with original packaging. Refunds may be refused if we feel this condition has not been adhered to.
The cost of returning product(s) without a fault lies with the customer.
We cannot take responsibility for the returned products until we receive them. Please be sure to use a suitable postage method to ensure the safe arrival of your returned products.
Please fill out your name & email address below. Within the message field, please include your invoice number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return & the reason(s) for the return; eg. Unsuitable, No Longer Required, Faulty, etc.
If you’d like to return a faulty product, please include a description of the fault.
